COVID-19 - More information about shipments and returns
Our online store remains available, you can make your purchases normally and we will send it to your home, as long as there are no access restrictions in your delivery area. We will contact you to communicate the evolution of the delivery.
Due to the COVID - 19 epidemic, we are extending the return period. You now have 90 days from the date of delivery of your order to make the return request. To return a product, the usual procedure that you can find in the Returns section is maintained.
We have had to remove the delivery option at collection points in some countries. If you have an order pending to be picked up at a collection point in a restricted access area, we are working to deliver it to your home completely free of charge over the next few days.

No, We specialize in internet shopping only.
3. When will I expect my order to arrive?
EMS 7-10 days ( Australia, Newzealand, Canada recommend)
DHL 4-5 days (Europe Country recommend)
Fedex 5-7 days (USA ,Canada recommend)
4. Any risks if i buy products or items from your sites? How can you prove that your website is safe? Will you secure my credit card information?
Please be assured about the security of your personal information. We use secured payment gateways. All the information will be encrypted by our system automatically. Also note our website is SSL certified during your check out process.
5. Payment Inquiry
We currently support three payment methods, which are Credit card payment (Visa or Matercard).For customers who are using a credit card for the purchase we have set up SSL certificate for the security of their personal details and credit card information.
6. How to track my order?
Please send us an email with your order number and we shall help you with the tracking details. Which include the tracking number and the service used to send your items. (Eg. DHL or EMS)
7. About Custom Tax/Duties?
We offer free shipping service all over the world for all the items. About the custom tax, We usually mark our item as a gift on the Shipping Way bill. So the custom tax is waived off. (conditions apply - depending on your country rules)
8. What If I Want To Order A Lot More? Can you Give Me A Good Quotation?
Of course, we can get you better prices for large volume orders.
